Booking requests
Submitting a form on this website creates a booking request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have contacted you to agree the date, time, scope and price.
Pricing
Prices depend on the size and condition of your property and the service you choose. Any price indications shown on this site are guidance only; we will confirm your price in writing before work begins.
Access and safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, a charge may apply.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Our cancellation terms will be confirmed with you at the point of booking.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of your clean, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to put it right.
